Our team supported the revitalization of Saint Joseph’s Medical Center, helping to improve operational efficiencies by updating the overall layout, relocating, and consolidating the entire campus, and upgrading departments with the most advanced equipment to help our client achieve NetZero carbon emissions by 2050.
The CREF Capital Program Management team tackled the existing campus, which consisted of 1,124,417 square feet spread out over 5 city blocks (not including parking structures, surface lots, and the campus central utility plant), via Business Case Development, Stakeholder Management, Construction Management, Contract Administration, Equipment Identification and Procurement, and Department Transition and Relocation.
