Cref partners with CommonSpirit Health to manage the renovation of MDF and IDF systems across multiple locations, enhancing operational efficiency and technological capabilities

Cref is proud to partner with CommonSpirit Health, a leading health system delivering clinical excellence across more than 1,000 care sites, to conduct a critical market-wide renovation of (5) Main Distribution Frame (MDF) and (30+) Independent Distribution Frame (IDF) systems. The scope of this initiative not only addressed the layout of these rooms but also engineered and implemented supplemental electrical and HVAC capacity to properly maintain the new physical environment and equipment needs.

Our collaboration with CommonSpirit began with this vital infrastructure upgrade before expanding into (3) additional Capital Program Management agreements, all with the goal of enhancing the operational efficiency and technological capabilities of CommonSpirit’s facilities.

 Together, this partnership has helped to create improved physical environments that are efficient, reliable, and capable of supporting advanced medical care.
